Justin Bieber was photographed smoking a blunt at a party in a hotel room the day after New Year’s breakup with Selena Gomez. TMZ has the pics, which show Justin in a hotel room in Newport Beach, California with friends smoking up. Note: we don’t if he’s smoking weed or just a regular cigarette!!
